<h3><strong>Featuring a High-Temperature Extruder</strong></h3>
<p>The Hotend is designed to comfortably operate within 300 degrees Celcius. Filaments such as Nylon, Carbon Fibre and HIPS require more heat than standard printers will allow. This industrial grade printer is built with a rock-solid enclosure to allow for high temperature and even ambient temperature within the chamber during the print.</p>
<p>As well as the high-temperature nozzles, we also provide you with 5 complimentary different sized nozzles for you to experiment or use. In addition to this, some tools for changing the nozzle is also provided.</p>
<p>When printing with PLA, the easily removable clear dome lid allows for enough heat dissipation, required for printing with rapid cooling filaments. The distinctly red part cooling shroud surrounding the nozzle is designed with multiple vents, allowing for even part cooling. Many printers come with part cooling that is single direction,  which does not offer the most consistent part cooling.</p>

<p class="mt-5">With 280*250*200mm build volume, Flashforge Guider IIs print the large models or multiple parts in one platform.</p>
<p class="mt-4">It offer larger choice for users and meet demands of small production.</p>
<h3 class="item-name"><strong><span class="line-bottom">The Bed Auto-leveling System</span></strong></h3>
<p>The bed auto-leveling system ensures the platform is level before the print. The extruder adjusts the minor distance between the print nozzle and platform to create a uniform and smooth build surface, which highly improves the platform adhesion and print quality.</p>
<p>Note: Upgrade the latest firmware(April 2020) and open the function before print.</p>
<h3 class="item-name"><strong><span class="line-bottom">Resume Printing</span></strong></h3>
<p>Don&#8217;t worry about the sudden power off, just restart Guider IIs to resume printing. The printing process is saved while the power is turned off. Resume pringting function ensures the printing sucess and reduce the wast caused by failed printed.</p>

<p>The TierTime X5 3D Printer features a semi-continuous 3D printing system with automatic change of print trays. It is able to automatically eject a completed print from its tray, load a new one and continue the next print directly. Users can remove the first tray with a side door and remove the model before replacing the tray in the machine. It is able to load 12 trays at a time, which also offers continuous printing thanks to its conveyor belt.</p>

<p>The Makerbot Replicator Z18 3D Printer allows you to print large, detailed objects up to 30omm in width and depth, and up to 450mm in height. To ensure accurate printing and to minimize warping even throughout lengthy print jobs, the Z18 features a heated build chamber to maintain a consistent temperature. The Z18 also features a polycarbonate ABS build plate that is factory and resistant to temperature extremes.</p>
<p>For on-board control of your printer, the Makerbot Replicator Z18 features a 3.5&#8243; full-color LCD display and intuitive dial. Access your object library, see previews of your 3D model files, and employ utilities to set up and maintain your 3D printer.</p>

<p>The MakerBot Replicator+ prints 30% faster than its predecessor and offers a 25% larger build volume. For greater reliability and precision, it features improved hardware, like a redesigned gantry and z-stage. To ensure consistent performance, our new 3D printers and their subsystems were re-engineered and rigorously tested for 380,000+ hours across multiple facilities.</p>
<p>To ensure easy, accessible 3D printing, the MakerBot Replicator+ comes with the Smart Extruder+ and all the standard features of its predecessor. A few of those features include an LCD display, an on-board camera, as well as USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity.</p>

<h3>The characteristics of FLEX 510</h3>
<p>Equipped with 4 extruders, the machine can print up to four different TPUs or four colours at a time, raising productivity and efficiency levels. They can be raised up to 270°C while the platen heats up to 100°C. Its printing volume is 508 x 508 x 450 mm and its speed reaches 200 mm/s. This is 5 times faster than what other machines capable of printing flexible materials can do. Finally, the FLEX 510 uses the AALTM (Active Automatic Leveling) technology which allows automatic adjustment of the platen settings, always with the same dynamic efficiency.</p>
<p>In terms of applications, this 3D printer should enable the creation of sports equipment that requires flexibility, but also medical solutions, for instance, customized soles. Indeed, flexible materials offer interesting characteristics such as high resistance to wear, shocks and cuts. The FLEX 510 is compatible with TPU, TPEE and polyamide-based elastomers. <p>The FUNMAT PRO 410 by Intamsys is a Precise Additive Manufacturing of high temperature functional filaments &amp; support material with this industrial 3D printer. This is an industrial 3D printer for precise additive manufacturing at high temperatures. The industrial FFF/FDM 3D printer from Intamsys enables cost-effective 3D printing with two different filaments and support materials.</p>

<h4>Dual Extruder</h4>
<p>With the FUNMAT PRO 410 you buy the first INTAMSYS industrial 3D printer with a double extruder. The dual extruder 3D printer enables the additive manufacturing of complex components and geometries. Thanks to its two nozzle setup, this industrial FFF/FDM 3D printer can work with a second soluble support material to realize overhangs and undercuts.</p>
<p>3D print large components in the actively heated building chamber (305 x 305 x 406 mm). Process even high performance materials with minimal warping thanks to the high building chamber temperature. You will clearly notice the difference between an actively tempered and a non-heated construction chamber.</p>

<p>The maximum hot end temperature of 500 °C, the high printing bed temperature of 160 °C and the maximum construction chamber temperature of 90 °C ensure distortion-free and crack-free 3D printing of large components with high-performance plastics.</p>
<p>The FUNMAT PRO 410 is an industrial high temperature 3D printer. Process with it many functional materials (PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, Ultem, ABS, PC and many more). A linear guide and a powerful Oriental motor ensure high production speed and exceptional manufacturing precision.</p>
<p>The system cleans the nozzles automatically for optimum ease of use. Furthermore, the FUNMAT PRO 410 industrial 3D printer displays the filament status continuously via LEDs thanks to an integrated filament sensor. So you always have an overview and know how much material you have available.</p>
<p>A built-in indoor camera in the installation space enables live monitoring of the 3D printing process at any time. Keep an eye on your 3D prints even from a distance. The constant overview saves you time, filament, nerves and money.</p>
